Booking Instructions

To book a package, please follow the instructions stated below.

1. Choose a specific package as indicated on our website based on your preferred Philippine destination or adventure and the number of persons in your group. You may also request for customized packages by an email to info@visitph.net

2. Upon finalizing your package, please send an email to: info@visitph.net , or click the “Book now” button and provide the following information:

a. Full name (as it appears in your passport)
b. Mobile no:
c. Email Address:
d. Trip/ tour package name (i.e. visitBatanes/ May 8 to 11)
e. Travel dates and flight schedule ( if you have booked your air ticket already)

f. Other requests (i.e. private bathroom, etc)

3. After receipt of email, our office will send a confirmation of the package and an invoice with payment instructions.

• Please take note of the deadline date for payment. Otherwise, booking will be automatically canceled.

4. Payment options: VisitphTravels accepts payment thru:

a. Bank deposits and wire transfers

b. Online bank payments/ deposit via XOOM payments (www.xoom.com)

c. Debit/ Credit card payments thru XOOM payments (www.xoom.com)

d. Debit/ Credit card payments thru PayPal (www.paypal.com)

e. Western Union

d. Check payments

We require at least a 50% down payment for booking/ confirmation with the balance to be paid upon receipt of tour voucher. For bookings less than 7 working days, full payment will be required.
